Made “Baked Halibut with Arugula Salsa Verde” this week from Giada De Laurentiis off www.foodnetwork.com and it was delicious and healthy for kids and adults! Coop didn’t have any chives so I substituted green onions and saved a few fresh ones for sprinkling on top and my husband and kids aren’t fans of capers so those didn’t go in.
