Chicken in Romanesco sauce with saffron rice pilaf

I just made “Chicken in Romanesco Sauce” along with “Saffron Rice Pilaf” for my family and everyone loved it!  I split the sauce between tofu and chicken.  It was very good and easy and quick enough, but a little dish intensive.  The recipes are both by Rachael Ray and can be found on www.foodnetwork.com.
